Just wanted to mention I just 2 seconds ago received an email saying I didn't do the mandatory on their entry and I know I did because I remember whay I picked. I have been having major issues with google, I get signed out at least 6 or 7 times a day and makes me an unfollower of everyone on network blogs and I can't find a solution and they will not let me open a new one. Fortunately the one where mine didn't show up is not over and she caught it so I redid it. So just to let you know the person might have done it but their is some glitches right now, frustrating! Congrats to the winners though woohoo!
Thanks for letting me know but don't worry, I checked thoroughly and the person Rafflecopter randomly picked first hadn't done a lot of the entries that they submitted. So, while I understand that a lot of people like you do honor their entries and do everything as asked, there are also those who just enter without doing anything and hope they can get away with it. Its unfortunate but I try to make things as fair as possible. :)
