I'm already 5 weeks into my Nutrisystem program and week 6 is just around the corner! LOL, after my great progress last week, this week was okay, considering my diet.
The SO's birthday was this week and so we had gone out to eat. Oh my god, we went to this little diner which was more of an upscale diner previously featured on the Food Network and ordered a bunch of food. I tried! I really tried but I think the Chili Cheese Fries really did me in. Boy, after that meal, I gained 3 lbs over 2 days...and then it took the rest of the week just to get back down to approximately where I was at the end of my 4th week. This is with me playing tennis for an hour and a half for 3 days this week too! Moral of the story? Watch what you eat when you go out. Its hard to work it off but so easy to gain it back!
Starting Weight (142.8lb/142.5)
Week 1: -1.9lb (140.6)
Week 2: -2.0lb (138.6)
Week 3: +0.2lb (138.8)
Week 4: -3.8lb (135.0)
Week 5: +0.2lb (135.2)
Current totals: -7.3lb
