Since I've started Nutrisystem, I've cut back on a lot. However, I was craving a particular dessert recently. One that my mom always makes for me when I'm home. However, I wanted to modify it to keep it low in calories and fat but still scrumptiously smooth and silky. Here is my brainchild. This can also be done in less than 15 minutes. I can guarantee that it'll be the smoothest, silkiest eggs you've ever had. It definitely is for me.

I recently did a #CBias shop and created a new recipe just for it and since there was so much interest in what my Drunken Salmon recipe was, I'm now posting it! It's another simple, easy recipe and can seriously be made from kitchen to the table in 15 minutes. So, if I can fit it into my busy lifestyle, I'm sure you can too. I can already hear the ewww, beer? Really? For some strange reason though, the beer taste disappears and it just becomes this amazingly tantalizing sauce. Hooked yet?
