I'm already finishing up 12 weeks of my Nutrisystem program and the SO has just finishing up first month. Wow...its been quick. Progress was pretty slow this week because we did eat out. However, thanks to the Nutrisystem during the day, I feel we were able to avert any massive weight gain!
I am still pleased at my progress so far (teehee -I've lost another 0.25" off my waist and hips and finally, a 0.5" off my thighs) but of course would love to get closer to my goal since there's only one month left. :( I'm finding myself hungry a lot lately despite my water intake and small snacks in between meals. I think my metabolism may have gone up since I've started walking the stairs at work and running with the dogs more.
Starting Weight (142.8lb/142.5)
Week 1: -1.9lb (140.6)
Week 2: -2.0lb (138.6)
Week 3: +0.2lb (138.8)
Week 4: -3.8lb (135.0)
Week 5: +0.2lb (135.2)
Week 6: -1.4lb (133.8)

Week 8: -1.8lb (133.0)
Week 9: -0.5lb (132.5)
Week 10: -0.7lb (131.8)

Current totals: -10.1lbs
The SO was decently compliant this week so the results weren't too bad but like me, its been a decent week. He's doing well in terms of measurements too. We were both shocked to see that he'd dropped another 1" off his waist and 1.75" off his hips since the last measurement! Wow!
