I have to admit I was petrified to step on the scale today. I'm even more scared next week because I'm going to BlogPaws! My very first conference and the food's all provided, including a gorgeous piece of cheesecake that's been tempting me ever since I saw the picture. The good news? I'm definitely packing as much Nutri as I can with me. I don't care if I have to bring the entire box. So, we'll see how it goes! Teehee, I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw my weight today. Thank goodness!

I extended my fitness challenge by one week because I'm bloated from PMS, I figure as females we have the hormanal right to do this....lol.
