Sorry, this post is a day late this week. I was exhausted and just got back from BlogPaws yesterday so I crashed. Haha, can you believe it's already the end of week #24 of my Nutrisystem program? The SO has just finished his 16th week. Due to the conference and the provided food, I'll admit I was quite worried about my weight this week.

I missed out on the cheesecake. :( Haha, but it was probably a good thing. During this conference, I realized something. Nutrisystem has trained me to eat portion-sized foods so although it was buffet style during the meals, I was able to limit my food intake and still feel satisfied. *Sigh of relief* This brings me to this week's weigh in.
