Reader's Challenge in #K9Kamp Week 4

How is it possible that 4 weeks has gone by already!? Wow! Time has flown by and well, if you read any of my Nutrisystem posts, I've attributed K9 Kamp for helping me not gain excess weight on the weeks I've been bad. LOL, I'll be honest though. K9 Kamp made us push ourselves, do a little more than we'd normally do and we appreciated that. Now to try and keep some of it up, right? Week 4's challenge was Kamper's Choice...meaning we could do whatever we wanted to. I told the babies to pick their favorite but this is how it went...

JR/Baby Pom: Let's run! No, let's wrestle! Or how about we play chase? Or play with the balls? We love every exercise as long as there's some running and jumping involved! We ran almost every day, we missed yesterday because it was pouring! We made up by lots of wrestling though. And then Daddy was making us jump up and down the bed. And we got some really yummy treats this week too! It's like mommy was rewarding us for being so good. She got mini watermelons. And it was, oh so sweet! We kept begging for more! Look at us in this picture! Mom was just holding the watermelon in front of us, so tantalizingly sweet smelling. *drools* So, we should thank Koly, Felix and their mama for making that post on watermelon salad awhile back.

Thanks so much for joining us for all 4 weeks of K9 Kamp. How did you and your human do this week? We've learnt so much through this. How about you? Our favorite thing about this whole K9 Kamp was that we learnt a little bit of time each day adds up to a lot. So, even if the mommy and daddy can't take us out for long walks, there's still little activities that we can do to make us feel great and stay fit. For example, Mommy and Daddy like to wrestle with us especially before bed. :) They like to think that they've tired us out. But in reality, it's us that tired them out! *Yawns* Bedtime!
