#Nutrisystem #Womens Week 27 Results, #Mens Week 19 Results #NSNation #weightloss #health #diet

Guess what? This week was a lot of quality family time with both my family and the SO's family. What I'm trying to say is that we get fed...A LOT when we're with family. When you live away from home, they assume you starve no matter how old you are, so when you get home, it's non-stop food. Week #27 of my Nutrisystem program and the SO's 19th week was a bit indulgent...

It wasn't too surprising to see my weight creep back up a bit thanks to the cheesecake and gourmet meals we had with family.

Huge congrats to you and your SO on your weight loss. I started Weight Watchers 26 weeks ago and I'm down 33 lbs. It sure isn't easy but I keep plugging along. I have another 15 to go and I'll get there just like you are doing, one ounce at a time..lol. I sure wish I could get hubby on a program but he is being stubborn. How did you get your guy to join in the weight loss program?

@Deb, LOL, he knows he could use some help losing weight but was very resistant in the beginning because he's a glutton! It took awhile but I eventually coaxed him into it.
