I'm starting to lose off the weight I gained at BlogHer. Yay! My measurements, however, show a little of both worlds. My arms, as usual, stayed around the same 10". My waist went up. :( I was so proud of my 26" waist too...Haha, it's now at 27" so I have motivation to bring it back down again. I know it can be done and it will be done! My hips also went up an 1" to 36". More motivation... My thighs though, they went down 0.5" to 21". Woohoo! So I have a little bit of both worlds and that just served as a good wake up call. I'm going to do my best this week and that's all.

Strangely, the SO's measurements kind of mirrored mine. Although, he lost on his arms almost an inch, going to 11.5". His waist went down 0.3" to 31"...I'm jealous! His hips went up to 36.5". However, his thighs have shrunk 2" since beginning this program. O.O I'm amazed!
