Don't you love how summer always brings more health and fitness related everything? One of them is another Chicken Soup book, the
Say Hello to a Better Body book. It's meant to be a weight loss and fitness guide for women over 50. What does that mean? Even though you're aging and may be over 50, that does not mean you can't look fabulous! I actually find that I'm liking these smaller Chicken Soup Advice books. They're quite refreshing.
In this book, you'll find stories about aging and fitness and tips from Dr. Suzanne Koven, a primary care Internist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Find inspiration and medical advice all in one book. LOL, clearly I'm not not over 50 yet. However, my family members are and this could very well be applicable to them. Luckily, my family members are quite health-conscious. I feel they would be able to appreciate the viewpoint of a fellow woman over 50. This could be the book that give that extra push and support to those over 50 attempting to stay fit and look great.
