Wish #DisneyJunior's Jake Happy Birthday on TV! #NeverlandPirates

Are you a Jake and the Never Land Pirates fan? Well, then you must know Jake's birthday is coming up! Want to wish Jake Happy Birthday and be on air? I'll tell you how!

You can submit videotaped birthday greetings starting now for the chance to appear on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. Here are the simplified instructions:
1) Starting Jan 31, log on to Jake's Birthday to download a printable birthday card.
2) Decorate and showcase that card in a video wishing Jake a happy birthday.
3) Submit the video!
4) Videos will be posted on DisneyJunior.com and some will be chosen for air between Monday, February 25 to Friday, March 1, leading up to the new birthday-themed Jake and the Never Land Pirates episode on Friday, March 1st! Watch it on the Disney Channel at 8:30AM EST/PST and Disney Junior 5:30PM EST/PST.

During that week, you'll also find great downloadable activities and games. Of course, on the special March 1st airing date, there'll be an interactive treasure hunt game launched so that kids can help Jake search for hidden birthday presents.
