How to treat thinning hair and prevent hair loss with natural supplements US 3/20 #MamaMadness

With my genetically thin hair and the stress I go through every day, I am always petrified that I'll go bald early. It's in my genes! Then I heard of Viviscal, a supplement that helps you grow your hair, make it healthy and thick. I've never had thick hair in my life. I've always had the problem of flat hair. Each box comes with 60 tablets and you take 2 a day, one in the morning after food and one in the evening, after food. Each extra strength tablet contains about 450mg of AminoMar.

The box has directions which say to take for a minimum of 3-6 months. However, I've been told that many people see results after just one month. One month's supply will run you about $50. You can get 3 months for $150, on sale now for about $120.

For me though, I like the fact that it contains natural ingredients. The taste is so-so but I tend to swallow it quick with water. It's a moderately large pill, so take it with lots of water.

Curious how much my hair has grown over the past month that I've been taking Viviscal? I've been fairly diligent at taking it twice a day. I had placed a piece of tape where my hair was when before I took my first dose so I would have a comparison point. See where the longest part of my hair hits the top line of the tape?

Well, what do you think? Pardon the wet hair but you can clearly see that my hair has grown beyond the tape and extends even a little further. So in a month's worth of treatment, my hair has already grown a little over an inch! Let me tell you, hair doesn't typically grow that fast.

I will also mention with a little embarrassment that I am a nail biter. I tend to do it when I'm stressed. It's a terrible habit. With Viviscal, I've actualy also noticed my nails growing back faster, which helps when I have press events to attend! Can't be meeting people with my fingers half-chewed off, right?
