I can actually add my own personal story to this book and it happened to me literally on my wedding day. Is it a coincidence that it was the same month that I received this book? Maybe...but I think not. You see, my hubby and I wanted to keep our wedding small, nothing fancy. We were only going to have a few people in attendance.
Somehow, one of my aunts just happened to be in the approximate area during that time frame so she ended up becoming an added guest. However, I would soon find out, there was a bigger reason for that.
When my grandma passed a couple years back, my aunt had taken into her possession one of grandma's rings. It really wasn't worth much so she had just placed it in one of her drawers. A couple months ago, she found it again in her drawer and thought of converting it from it's old, out of date style to something a little more fashionable. So, it was done and then put back in her purse.
The day my dad called my aunt to tell her of the happy news, she was emptying out her purse...what fell out was the newly modified ring. There was no doubt in my aunt's mind that my grandma was watching over me from above and this was her gift and well wishes to me.
I couldn't help but tear up as my aunt told me the story because I felt the warmth embracing me and it's hard even for me to write this without the full blown waterworks. I do believe though, there is love from beyond.
