Toobs of fun, #Dinosaurs, and more for all! US 4/18

I had heard of Safari Ltd. before, seen the products online, but I had never actually seen one up close. It wasn't until Toy Fair this year that I learnt each and every piece was hand-painted. That means every finished product is unique. Safari Ltd. has long developed partnerships with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History amongst others to bring to kids and adults alike perfect to scale replicas of dinosaurs.

It's not just dinosaurs though, you'll find in their collection all sorts of animals, mythical or real, each painted and sculpted with exquisite detail. They make for great toys for learning and imaginative play and even function beautifully as display pieces.Take for example this Jaw-Snapping Tyrannosaurus Rex ($14.99). By the pull of a trigger, the head, neck, and mouth snap forwards. Rest assured, it doesn't hurt. I stuck my finger in to try. It's bound to capture imagination and incite play. What I particularly enjoyed though was the fun facts and learning items on the packaging. It's cool facts like these that kids and adults alike can't resist reading! Lucky for the kids at the Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology unit, this fun piece is going to be a great donation for the playroom.

For me though, I love the Toobs ($11.99). They not only make fun toys because of all the assortments they come in but also because they're great travel mementos. I'm a traveler. I love traveling so I couldn't help but be drawn to the Toobs, which featured just that! You can see my new collection includes Toobs of Around the World, New York City, and World Landmarks. I loved the mini facts on the side of the Toobs and how it stated how many pieces there were in each one. Even the clip closure and spinning world on top were fun yet functional. These could be great for teaching kids about places, world landmarks. For me, some of these lie close to my heart as I've been to many of them and even lived in the Big Apple for a period now. I'll have to make some of these landmarks future destinations.

These pieces are all beautifully crafted with an incredible amount of detail and hand-painted. My ESB's all looked different from each other. The shape was the same but the paint job different. Each piece is further labelled on the bottom so in the case you're not quite sure what you're looking at, you can always take a peek. Lovely collections overall and you can find them with animals and the like too.
