I chose the Vitex Memory Foam Pillow for him, a quick and easy choice, almost a no brainer.
The fabulous features of this particular Nature's Sleep memory foam pillow include features I now come to expect from Nature's Sleep such as the CertiPUR-US® approved memory foam that naturally responds to body weight and temperature. Since it's a memory foam pillow, you expect it to mold around your body while providing support and it does so wonderfully.
Did I mention, there's two covers on it? If I was to spend $165 on a pillow, I'd want it to last and that's exactly what the covers are for. The inner cover is 100% cotton and the outer cover is a allergen resistant cotton/polyester velour cover. You can even remove the outer cover and wash it!
Well, what'd you expect? Of course I'm going to test it out before the hubby gets it. Gotta make sure it works, right? ;) See, I love my Nature's Sleep Vitex Memory Contour Pillow, however, I quite like the texture of the Vitex Memory Foam pillow too. The names are similar...don't get lost now, one's "foam" and one's "contour".
The shape of the Vitex Memory Foam Pillow differs from the Vitex Memory Contour pillow. The Queen size Foam pillow is longer and more the shape of your typical pillow. It lacks the curves that the Contour pillow has. Further, the foam pillow is plusher and softer, letting your head sink in much easier. It's probably the one you want to transition to if you're a first time memory foam pillow buyer.
Since the hubby's been stealing my pillow, I think I may actually keep this one for myself. It gently relieves the pressure off my neck and shoulders after a long day at work. Score! It also makes for a great pillow to sprawl on. And it bounces back to it's original shape when I get up. No fluffing of the pillow necessary. I think we have a winner, what about you?
