The weekend beckons as warmer weather approaches. As the snow melts, it all becomes that nasty, dirty, and slushy mess that I hate trudging through. However, it makes for a fantastic weekend out with movies. George Lucas is well known for Lucas Films and of course, the Star Wars Legacy. Now, he'll also be known for quirky and witty animated film, Strange Magic, now playing in theatres everywhere!

When you watch this film, I love the theme that emerges and the core principles it encourages. The music of course is a plus and if you loved the Frozen soundtrack, you'll love the Strange Magic soundtrack just as much.

Speaking of Frozen, have you heard about Frozen Fever? It's the new short to open in front of Disney's live action movie, Cinderella in theaters March 13th! As one of the many fans out there that can sing-a-long to Frozen classic songs and love the characters, I'm psyched to be seeing this brand new short. Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf return to the big screen to celebrate Anna's birthday, however we have a slight problem...Elsa is sick with a cold! Cinderella is such a classic and magical Disney tale that was a part of many people's childhood. I can't believe I'm seeing the day that it becomes a true live action movie.
