If you've been around the blog long enough, you'll know my family and I are suckers for based on true story movies. I have no idea why but there are just something about those films that tug at the heart and makes you root for the characters in them despite knowing that it's already happened. Now I'm no crazy football fan but I still enjoy those movies. Given Super Bowl just ended, this seemed like the perfect time to introduce our readers to American Underdog.

Our family have always been animal lovers and as a child, I adored Clifford The Big Red Dog. In fact, I wanted one of my own. It wasn't until adulthood, when I finally adopted our first dog and well, my preschooler is just as in love with animals as I am. So, we were super excited when Clifford The Big Red Dog came to life with a live-action movie. Now, it's available on DVD for your viewing at home perfectly in time with a red, ooey, gooey, warm and fuzzy holiday we all know as Valentine's Day!
