When the trailer came out for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem...I was excited. I really looked forward to this movie because both my husband and I loved watching TMNT as kids. We've watched some of the original movies with our son and it's such fun! So when Mutant Mayhem became available, we knew we definitely needed to get it!

Synopsis:

After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.

Oh, how fun, I love the entire goofiness of this new TMNT. Teenagers voicing the teenage mutant turtles for the first time, really!? You'd think it'd be common sense but crazy enough, this really is the first TMNT with teenage voice actors playing teenage ninja turltes. However, there's still an all-star cast that includes Jackie Chan, Ice Cube and more.

We watched this as a family and I have to admit, the extended family got a kick out of it too since it's 4 generations watching TMNT together. Well, that and they knew my husband and I watched TMNT as kids. What a great addition to any Ninja Turtle fan, young and old's, library collection. It is a fantastic Christmas family-friendly present as well.
